Having many decades of shared musical experience, performing a variety of styles, Indigo Bop play musical styles such as trad jazz, Bebop, & Blues from artists such as Horace Silver and George Gershwin.

Originally meeting through the Swinging Woodpeckers Big Band, the jazz trio was formed in November 2025 and is comprised of Brian Chell (Guitar), Ollie Young (Bass), and Phil Haywood (Saxes); they perform across the North West.
